Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we provide an option to request a return.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • All accessories and invoices must be included

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
